We are hiring for a PDM (~ for a Branch Sales Manager) for Online UPS (1 kVA to 60 kVA) and the VRLA Batteries ( 7.2 AH to 100 AH).
The KRA of the incumbent will be (but not limited to) the following:
- Developing Channel business (Channel Sales) : Meeting & Appointing Distributors/Dealers and positioning the products in the market
- Planning and implementing strategies towards growth of Power Solutions product - via numbers and weighted distribution
- Market hygiene and maintaining good rapport with the partners in lieu of the Company policies towards all aspects
- Team building and management
- Achieving targets and overall profitability in the assigned area/territory
Candidate must be having proven experience of the above KRA in the region required with the same product line - min 5 years
