Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience of handling & Managing online sales via company website (B2C).
- Must know the process involved in online selling.
- Responsible for meeting set revenue and gross margin targets per SKU's.
- Manage the entire inventory records, and order fulfillment process, accuracy in cataloguing, product content writing, editing and right groupings, set up key words, expert in templates of various portals.
- Should have good knowledge about Listing Products, Promotional activities, Campaign Running, Customer queries, Keywords search & updation of products & RTO
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for an excellent candidate who could support the initial stage of company marketing activities, who is experienced in handling e-commerce business / sales through website.
- Should be able to run and manage online promotions, Managing of Returns and Managing dispatches.
- Excellent communication skills.
