Roles and Responsibilities
- Encourage & push the sales team to achieve the sales target.
- Responsible for providing sales support through follow ups, coordination and data management of Sales force.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, and email, as required.
- Liaise between other departments and the sales team to provide the information.
- Helping Sales & Marketing team on marketing events like coordination on exhibition Order Checking, Processing Till Dispatch.
- Prepare daily Sales Report.
- Daily Billing and Pending Order report for the region.
- Publish Daily Stock Report to the regional sales team.
- Create and maintain sales & Distributor database.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled as per mentioned dates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient in MS-Office tools (MS-Word, Power Point, Excel and Access).
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Hindi Speaking Must.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
